RV Site Rates
At Bud’s RV Resort & Marina, we keep pricing straightforward:
- Daily Rate: $40
- Weekly Rate: $250

Annual Rate (May 1 – Sept 30):
$525 + electric -
Annual Rate (Oct 1 – Apr 30):
$700 + electric
All rates include water, sewer, garbage service, and boat ramp access.
Our concrete slab sites can accommodate rigs up to 50 ft., with 30 & 50 amp power available.
Marina & Boat Slip Rates
Love the water? Bud’s offers easy access to Tiger Lake with a private boat ramp, storage, and slip options:
- RV/Boat Storage: $75 per month
- Bank Slips: $70 per month
- Covered Boat Slips: $100 per month
- Airboat Launch: $10
- Boat Ramp: $5
We also sell ice, gas, and bait on-site for your convenience.

We know pets are family, and we’re proud to welcome them at Bud’s. Our pet policy is designed to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe, clean, and friendly park
Pet Policy Highlights:
- Maximum 2 pets per site
- 50 lb. weight limit per dog
- Dogs and cats must be attended at all times
- You MUST clean up after your pet
- Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in management intervention
- All pets must be registered at the office with current vaccination records
Note: Pens are permitted for small dogs (up to 20 lbs), but must not block walkways or interfere with neighbors and must be pre-approved by management.
Bud’s RV Resort complies with Polk County animal control regulations. Any animal abuse will be reported immediately to law enforcement.

This place is beautiful! We are here now, just checked in, with a thunderous storm just after we arrived. We were escorted to our space by the very gracious hosts. We have a view of the lake and the oak trees with moss are dreamy. You really should visit. There are no stores or tons of people and that's just perfect. Just nature and beauty.
Great place. Low key and having access to the marina and launching is awesome! We stayed here in our RV and brought our little boat. Tiger lake is beautiful and you can get to Lake Kissimmee too from here. They have laundry and recycling bins. Surrounded by nature is so peaceful here. The owners are wonderful. Great place to chill. Thanks Mr.C for the hospitality!
After a months long stay, I can honestly recommend this quaint little park. The live oak trees hanging with Spanish Moss set the tone. Everywhere are Staghorn Ferns and other tropical plants growing in the trees. Tiger Lake is lovely. Our daily walks took us all over the small park when we always some new natural sight. Gray Herons, egrets, sandhill Cranes, baby alligators, gopher turtles, fox squirrels and owls... we plan to return for a month next winter.
